Landscape Designer
Need to have 3 - 5 years landscape design/build experience. Must have superb horticultural knowledge and strong drawing skills. Computer skills, including CAD and electronic imaging are helpful.
Hardscape Production Manager (possible Salary position)
Must have minimum 5 years industry experience in paver installation (ICPI and CLT certified a plus!) Responsibilities include managing installation of design/build and hardscape division, working with design team, purchasing and coordinating materials, planning and coordinating all phases of multiple installation projects simultaneously, and developing an excellent rapport with new and existing clients. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
Lawn Maintenance Foreman/Snow Plow Technician
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential and commercial landscaping including installing all components of landscape projects such as plantings, beds, lawns, patios, walks, water features walls and steps, as well as snow plowing experience. Good driving record required. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor & Salesperson (Year round position)
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the client’s expectations for site enhancements and services are being met or exceeded, as well as to increase residential and commercial accounts. The Supervisor manages, coordinates and monitors the performance of the crews so that the client and the company’s quality standards are obtained.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years landscape experience with prior sales experience, must be customer service oriented, who is motivated and driven to generate new residential and commercial leads, have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in landscape enhancements, be a leader and able to work in a team environment, have a professional appearance and have the highest priority on quality, people skills and goal orientation.
Snowplow Sub-contractor
Reliable, experienced snow plow drivers with own truck, good driving record and insurance needed to be on call for snow and ice removal.
